It was all thanks to Lee Kyu Chang for arranging this meeting between Psy and Justin Bieber. Lee Kyu Chang has been known to help top stars collaborate with others overseas. Justin Bieber’s agency had first asked about remaking the song “Gangnam Style.” However, Psy and his agency asked that they work together for a collaboration rather than a remake.
Lee Kyu Chang commented, “After Justin Bieber’s manager watched Psy’s music video, they asked if they could make a remake of the song. If this goes through, a “L.A Style” could be sung by Justin Bieber. Psy will be going to L.A on the 15 to meet with Justin Bieber. If everything goes well, they could be working together for a collaborative album.”
